Villa Pejeng.
The exclusive villa is located near to Ubud in Bali, offering a unique combination of fine tropical architecture and western comfort. The complex is a perfect residence for families or individuals looking for comfort, privacy and personal working space.
Each bedroom and bathroom have their individual character, realized in first class materials. There are three guest rooms located around the central areas, like a stunning swimming pool with infinity-border and an open Balinese style dining room. And there are two rooms at the other side of the pool with more facilities. The villa is surrounded by rice fields and forest, where a variety of animals is singing their song and still not far from the daily Balinese life, like the local market in Pejeng and the center of Ubud. The tasteful choice of furniture, materials, paintings and decorations are giving the villa an extra dimension.
There is a separated staff-house, parking area, well equipped kitchen, an extra fridge, a variety of terraces and an outdoor shower place. In the villa there are many surprising corners and terraces to sit and relax, but also places to work.
A wifi network provides internet connection. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and a (ceiling) fan, although the climate near Ubud is rather cool, at night the temperature is between 20 and 25 degrees Celcius.
The staff takes care of you and will make you feel at home. Cooking, laundry service, transport and massage are available on request.
• Guest room Selatan
A unique guest room with a more Indonesian character. There is a shower and a "bak mandi", the Indonesian way to take a bath. In the front is a private terrace and a gentle garden, the bedroom offers a double bed with a "klamboo".

• Guest room Tengah
This guest room is located in the tower, the central spot in the villa. The visable wooden construction gives the rooms a very warm character. The bathroom is downstairs, the bedroom (double bed) at the first level and at the second level there is a room with a marvellous view to the pool and the ricefields.

• Guest room Timur
This en-suite guest room has a Japanese character with sliding doors, seperating the bedroom from the living area. It offers a double bed, a large bathtop (for two!) and an intimate private terrace in the front.

• Guest room Barat
This guest room has two bedrooms / bathrooms, a large verandah with dining table, terraces and an indoor living room with widescreen LCD tv and a library. The view is wonderful with enormous ricefields in the front.

Rates 2011-2012
The villa can be rented entirely or in two parts (guest room Barat with 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4 OR guest room Selatan, Timur and Tengah, sleeps 6). Each part has the same rental fee, because Barat offers more facilities (outdoor verandah, living room, library and terrace).
- Low season (15th of January to the 30th of June, 1st of September to the 14th of December) the rate is 480 USD for the entire villa and 240 USD for each part, ex 15% service and government tax.
- High season (15th of December to the 14th of January, July and August) the rate is 600 USD and 300 USD ex 15% government tax and service. Breakfast, flower arrangement, drinking water, coffee and tea are included.
Long term rent 5000 us dollar a month.
Minimum stay for a booking is 3 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season.
